Where you’ve agreed to us collecting your personal data, or sensitive personal data, for example when you tick a box to indicate you’re happy for us to use your personal data in a certain way.

Farel Mining Services (FMS) affirms that we will always treat Your Information as confidential. We will use good practices to keep it secure and will otherwise abide by the relevant data protection and privacy laws.

We may not be able to offer the services if you do not want us to process the personal data, we consider it necessary to provide the services.

  3.  Request for rectification You can request at any time that we correct Your Data through our Customer Care channels or through your relationship manager.
